Collection: Old Mate Gin

Inspired by the Coromandel landscape and the region’s culture, wanting to create gins which embodied the surroundings, along with the traditional botanicals. This meant using local ingredients was a prerequisite.  These include citrus produce – Lemons, Limes, Grapefruit, Kafir Lime and Oranges – but also Seaweed, Pohutukawa, Clover, Pine, Kanuka, Manuka and Honey from local hives.  Mixed with pure water sourced from a local spring, this blend creates gins with unique, distinctive flavours – that conveys the ‘essence’ of the Coromandel. Old Mate gins are a true ‘product of the land’.
